    The Twin Y™’s revolutionary design creates a weight savings of more than 400 lbs. versus other suspensions, and an engine torque capacity up to 2,050 lb.-ft.

    • Air Springs

      Best-in-class ride and handling

      The vertical load rides 100% on the air springs, while the design reduces axle torque windup and allows the tires to maintain contact with the pavement during braking. Reduced wheel hop also improves traction.

      • Complete Integration

        Available on single and tandem axle Mack Pinnacle™ models, Twin Y™ is fully integrated with Mack’s MP® engines, transmissions and axles for increased efficiency.

      • Uptime by Design

        With lubrication- and maintenance-free rubber bushings, axle seats that never need re-torqueing, an easier axle alignment and less driveline vibration for extended component life, the Twin Y™ air suspension requires little maintenance.

      • Lower Cost of Ownership

        Twin Y™ can extend tire life by up to 25% and with a weight-savings of 400 lbs. versus other suspensions. That means less wear and tear on your vehicle and your wallet.
